Mark was admitted to the Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1991, having completed his studies at Auckland Technical Institute where he also gained a National Certificate in Business Studies. Mark's entire career has been in chartered accountancy in public practice.
Mark founded Withers Tsang & Co with Stephen Tsang in 1998. Mark was a founding member and treasurer of Auckland Property Investors Association and served 10 years as treasurer before being made a life member. Mark is an enthusiastic residential and commercial property investor. Mark is the Author of "Property Tax - A NZ Investors Guide" and is a regular speaker and commentator of property tax matters.
Mark will be speaking on "When should I sell" which is a question often asked by new and seasoned investors alike.
