New resources for key stakeholders and potential unit title owneres

“Changes to the Unit Titles Act included new provisions that came into effect as of 9 May 2023 click here As part of this, MBIE have created new resources to support key stakeholders and potential unit title owners with the information needed to understand their rights, responsibilities, and obligations under the Act.

The new resources are now available on the Unit Title Services website www.unittitles.govt.nz and consist of the following:

1. Pre-contract disclosure statement and Pre-settlement disclosure statement flowcharts
2. Disclosure statements example scenarios with visual timelines
3. The Guide to Pre-disclosure
4. The Short guide to Unit Titles
