As the government is encouraging investors to build new homes, Steve will share the benefits of investing in this development. Bryce Heard, CEO of Chamber of Commerce, will be sharing his thoughts on the housing shortage Rotorua faces and the impact that it is having on our community. The Chamber will be making a submission to Rotorua Lakes council on behalf of its members on its Long Term ( 10 year) Plan. A survey has recently been sent out to canvas views on some of the key elements of the plan, Bryce will share the responses with us.
